Forgot about Prestige. Another good flick. With Nolan's works, they're either amazing or not very good. Memento is one of my top 5 movies ever. I always have people over to watch it (and it becomes their favorite movie afterwards). I would guess that i've seen it over 12 times.

I don't understand how BB is so far down on almost everyone's list. It's better than TDK imo.

one of my favorite directors. Let's see:

1. Inception (I guess I'm the only one that liked it this much, one of the most intelligent and thrilling scifis I've ever seen. I loved literally every second of it.)
2. The Prestige
3. Batman Begins
4. Memento (haven't seen it in a while, so I think it's age is wearing negatively on my ranking)
5. Dark Knight
6. Insomnia

Haven't seen Following yet. Insomnia wasn't bad, it I didn't much care for it.

I want to see Insomnia...is Following worth the watch? (I'm assuming so)

Yes. There were several in this thread that have asked of it was worth it, and I'd definitely say so.

Disclaimer: Its black and white and was made on a $6000 budget. Considering the budget, it's damn good.

And yes, I have his Batman films 5th and 6th. It's not that the movies weren't good because they WERE good and I own them on DVD. I just prefer the psych thrillers over the comic book films. A lot of moments in TDK and BB.

1 through 5 are all some of my favorite movies. I love all of them. Prestige is the clear number 1 for me but the rest of the top 5 are essentially interchangeable. I thought Insomnia was a pretty decent flick. Haven't seen The Following.
