HBO really needs something new to replace Game of Thrones.

They went through a really good decade of shows but haven't had much since Boardwalk Empire ended, at least outside of GoT.

Silicon Valley I guess?

Looks like it was made in the style of Veep and they have a Silicon Valley guy writing.

I'm looking for drama.

It is nothing like Veep. Both are HBO, both have some laugh out loud moments. That's it. Barry has plenty of drama, tension, and brutal honesty to make it worth your while.

There used to be talks about having a drama about all the pro wrestling territories back in the 70s and 80s and then Vince McMahon and the WWF taking over.

Idk. Have we retconned the Chernobyl disaster into being a good thing?

"Oh the Ukrainians weren't using that land anyway, right?"

Early reviews say it's stressful and terrifying.

The general plan should be “When you have a reactor type which exhibits a specific type of flaw, don’t run a fricking test that will induce that specific flaw.”

There’s plenty of it.
