Chappelle's "Juicy Smoolyay" bit has now been uploaded to YouTube

Quite possibly his best stretch of stand up I've seen since Killing Them Softly.
The way half the audience gets it, yet the other half has no idea who French actor "Juicy Smoolyay" is possibly the best part, then they slowly figure out who he's talking about.
I think it resonated so much because the entire premise of the joke and how it's presented is straight out of Chappelle's Show.
I could just see Dave dressed up a wig, acting gay, then yelling at reporters about his victimhood.
"That's not something a white person would say. That's something I would say!"
"who carries around a rope, what the frick is this, the 1850s."

“Hey Frank, where was Kanye last night?”
That had me rolling.

That was great. Was waiting till tonight to watch the special.
I heard there was controversy over a Michael Jackson joke.
This joke you linked had me laughing out loud. No black person I knew believed Jussie, two gay guys we knew were upset no once believed him.
Lol

I'm finally glad some comedians that have the built in cache and some balls are finally just saying "frick it" to the PC police.
This shite was gold, and you can tell how great it was by how many snowflakes that are clutching their pearls over it.

I damned near pissed myself when he first spat out that name!
He should have done that as a skit and added it to the show. His portrayals are fricking bruuuuuutal (R. Kelly, Rick James, Lil' Jon).
Thanks for the link!
Did anyone else notice the pissed-off looking white guy in the audience when he first says the name? What the hell was up with him?

Watching it during the special was one thing. But, watching just that clip from my phone, and seeing the stage set and his attire, man, it sure felt like I was back watching Chappelle Show. Bravo, Dave. One day when I’m not broke I’ll have to throw down some big $ on some of your tickets to see your stand up live.

In the Epilogue he makes fun of the Broadway crowd for paying up to $800 for a ticket when the same show in Atlanta was only $60

The African American community was strangely quiet...

I have Chappelle live stand up money? Oh shite. Think I’d prefer to catch him popping in the comedy store one random night or somewhere in Denver cause he goes there a lot.

He's getting killed in the media for this special
I'll watch it 3 more times this weekend just to drive the numbers up

Do you really need the answer? I think it's obvious. White guilt liberals are the reason Dave is getting all the blowback from this special and why the state of comedy is where its at right now...whixhbis virtually nonexistent.
When was the last time you saw a legit feature comedy film released? You can't say ****, you can't make gay jokes, ethnic jokes, sexual jokes of any kind, say anything masculine, criticize your wife, or tell it like it is in relationships. Hell even animal jokes now would basically be outraged.
Rodney Dangerfields entire act was basically based on his wife being an ugly whore.
The Hangover and Superbad are pretty much the last big comedy films that I remember and they were both 10-12 yrs ago. I just hope this Chappelle special sort of breaks down the wall and comedians start saying "frick you" and get back to real comedy again.

No doubt. Apparently everyone who likes him now is anti-LGBT and racist.
quote:
And among that group are trolls, professional bigots, white supremacists, Nazi sympathizers and more of the very worst white people; an adoration due to the parallels between their sensibilities and his.
