Not that more needs to be said, but yes it is an amazing show. The pilot could stand on its own as a short film, and I can't really think of any others I can say that about.

I started it this summer and couldn't put it down.

The first episode is the best first episode for any show I can remember. The show does not regress one bit though the tone does change some.

The show is so good that it can ruin other TV for you. Very well written and the acting is phenomenal.
I really have a hard time deciding which is better: Breaking Bad or Mad Men. I would probably rate them 1A and 1B.

Gus is one of the better bad guys i've seen on a tv show. his "not a single frick was given" look is riveting.

i've just started as well. was using it to pass the time til GOT comes back in April. didn't realize how amazing it would be. watched Ep.3 last night...
