Not exactly "air tight" as this was never explained, and it seems extreme unlikely Walt would have been able to have the opportunity do this.

I thought the kid smoked a cig that was laced out of Jesse's pack. Is that not right?

You gotta be kidding, I found that many of the incidents were way too "convenient"(like skylar always able to talk her way out of things) and some shite just too far fetched(train robbery). I loved breaking bad, but I had an issue with how easily and often the characters were able to get out of jams.

Saul Goodman was the only character on Breaking Bad I truly liked. Loved the show but didn't care for any of the other characters.
Saul is smart, intuitive and gets things done. Best of all he knows he's a bottom feeder and doesn't pretend otherwise.
