Too many to pick one. Liquid Swords from GZA has an awesome beat. Also like Incarcerated Scarfaces and Ice Cream by Raekwon. Ghostface has a ton of good songs too.

Gza - Liquid Swords (Instrumental)

Ghostface Killah - Wildflower

Ghostface Killah - Black Jesus

Raekwon - Incarcerated Scarfaces

Raekwon-Ice Cream
