Not true. Kryptonite are chunks of planet Krypton that became irradiated when the planet exploded.

I am thinking that Zods attempting to terra form the Earth into Krypton will lead to the remnants of krptonite, which were left due to the world engine in the first movie......

I remember Snyder saying Kryptonite doesn't exist in the movie universe. Kryptonian metal is supposed to be the equivalent. I guess it makes it more "grounded in reality".

But Superman won't attempt to kill Batman. It's not like Superman is fighting someone who's going to kill millions of people/ destroy the world if he doesn't kill him. He knows Batman is not truly evil and for that reason he won't kill or attempt to kill him. And Batman probably knows this.

Yep pretty much what I figured. Batman started the fight so that he can show that "Humanity, frick yeah!" Batman represent humanity and all their fears of the unknown and someone like Superman. So when Batman was able to put Superman in his place that's when Batman would be cool with Superman.

However, I think the main point was that Superman did not fight back and let Batman kick his arse up to the point where Superman was at his mercy and in that, I think Batman realize Superman inherit good nature. He could have kill Batman a million time over yet he didn't.

They might be going with the origin story where Superman is responsible for him going bald in a lab accident? Seems out of place in this movie but I guess we will see.

I don't think he was specifically talking about you. But the ones who are upset with WW based on her in an evening dress shown from the armpits up.

Seems as if they're doing what I feared and turning Luthor into a hipster tech geek.

that's exactly what I was hoping for to a certain degree when the cast Eisenberg.

Well, that's a pretty far off interpretation of the character.

Not really. Luthor has been a mad scientist, business mogul, reclusive mastermind, President of the United States, etc.

The Joker is interpreted differently nearly everytime.

But he's never been a hipster. No matter how smart they are, I think most iterations of Luthor would be annoyed with hipsters. Unless he's in scientist, business, armor, or prison garb, it tends to be out of character. I don't see Batman ever wearing jorts and a shirt with cut off sleeves for instance.

Well the last Luthor interpretation was what like 2003? Right before or during the social media boom. Would make sense in today's world if they are trying to make a current/semi realistic world

I guess this is another role in which Eisenberg plays another variation of his own douchiness, with a mix of 80s' Crispin Glover.
