It's on HBOSHD, HBOSHW will start showing it in order at 12.

History Channel is showing history for once! I remember being so pissed multiple years in a row when they had American Pickers marathon. They are showing WW2 From Space and World at War documentaries

Yeah. The History Channel has been a big let down recently. Watching Sergeant York right now.

I'm watching. Own the DVDs, but I can't help myself whenever it is on in marathon form like this.

I've been watching since it started. It's the greatest miniseries ever made.

GOT is getting up there, but I'll have to agree that Band of Brothers is the all time greatest for now.

GOT
I wouldn't call that a miniseries. It's a full on series.

Lonesome Dove is a close second for me.

I might be willing to go so far as to say the greatest thing 3ver to be put on film (movies, tv, miniseries, whatever). It is spectacular.

D&D are ruining it. They write the shittiest dialogue ever, that does not fit the theme or mood. Anything in GOT that does not come directly from the books if filled with cliche and has the depth of a dried up brook in the Sahara.

I've seen this probably 5 times but I forget, why did the American planes shoot at the American troops right before the drop? Did they think they were Germans? Tragically that was probably not uncommon

Band of Brothers is still probably the greatest achievement in Television history. As if the show series itself weren't spectacular enough, the kicker is the real life accounts at the beginning of the episodes and finale....just stirring.
