I'm so glad Laurel finally told her dad. Maybe she will get a bit different look now. Especially when Oliver starts training her. Needs something more effective than a police baton..

I wonder how long until Thea finds out she killed Sara. I don't if she will be able to handle that. She will try to kill Malcolm then..

Next week looks really good.. return to the island..

I just got through watching it. I almost laughed out loud when Laurel knocked that crazed cop out with one punch. I don't know if it was her form, the thought of her actually being able to KO someone with one punch, or a combination of the two, but I found it extremely humorous.

And yeah, if Thea flipped on Malcolm that easily, imagine what she'll do when she finds out why Ra's is really after them.

I did like her reaction to finding out Oliver's secret though. I was really worried we would have to put up with her pouting and holding a grudge for several episodes.

Thank goodness Laurel finally let her dad in on the fact that his daughter has been dead for several months. But he did take it worse than I figured he would. I mean she was a freaking assassin for crying out loud. Her life expectancy wasn't that long with that career choice.

And I think next week we finally may get to see Slade try and finish what he started last season. The preview looked like Malcolm may let Slade come out and play for a little while.

I think it's definitely missing the presence of the season's "big bad". Last year they had Slade in a good number of the episodes. Malcolm wasn't as prominent in the first half of season 1, but once his presence increased the season got better. This year we've seen Ra's in one episode so far. They need to get him involved more for the rest of the season.

I just got Directv and it doesn't seem to have theCW in HD so I have to wait until the morning after to watch Flash and Arrow on Hulu. I can't watch them in SD like some kind of peasant.

I get her turning on Malcolm so easily. She never had much reason to trust him, and the whole "he's the only one who cared about what happened to me," angle was pretty weak. They actually wrote a pretty rational and real life response for her finding out about Oliver. And it made the quick turn on Malcolm that much more believable.

Needed to happen. And again, a believable response. He thought his daughter was dead for 5 years, then she came back, only to die again. Regardless of occupation, that would be devastating news.

I think the problem with Ra's is that he's at such an advanced level from Oliver and Malcolm that it's kinda pointless to have him in that same capacity that slade was in last year. I mean, if he comes into an episode right now he just kills them both again and then the season ends.

He can really only begin appearing when it's time for the final showdown.

I had the same issue and got an HD antenna to pick up the CW over the air. I can now watch in glorious HD, but I have to watch it live or else wait like you do.

They can do what they did last night with Ollie et al. facing Ra's minions of increasing skill level over time until they are good enough to face Ra's. DJ boy was clearly not Ra's best.

Do you have the base package or something? CW comes in HD for me.

I have the best package. I have two CW channels right next to each other, but they are both in SD.

If your local CW isn't available, you get the national ones, which are SD. I'm tellin ya, HD antenna is the way to go, assuming you have a CW station within reception distance.
