Yea, no 16 year old kid should have that weight on their shoulders. If I remember she only got 2 of 3 votes in the addition. I think they put her in the first group last night because of her story.

I love Qaasim's personality and he's good. His Mom is a hoot!
I typically hate the groups. So far, they haven't gone nuts showing drama. I hope it stays that way. It's very distracting and I want to hear them sing not argue. The team with Michael Simeon, Nick and Jax and the blonde was very good. Enjoyed them.

of course there is always that one stage mom who is going to use this opportunity to get on camera as much as possible.

Blind guy is still my favorite.

Tyanna's mom wasn't on all that much, but I certainly wondered who picked that song. They didn't seem to have any arguments over it or any that were shown.

No, she was in Sal's gals, wasn't she? The team with 5. Oh, and if they were supposed to be teams of 4, they should have ended up with a number of contestants so all teams would have 4. I think they go to an odd number to feed the drama, but there wasn't much of that in getting on a team. The panic attacks caused the drama.
I "think" they can make Top 24 and still come back. Seems like someone tried out who'd made it that far some years ago. I'm not sure what the cut off is or if there is one. When they're picking Top 24, they tell some of those to come back and try again. I think that's what happened with the black girl who won a few seasons ago. Can't remember her name right now. I believe she fell just short of the live shows. They told her to come back and she did. Ended up winning.

The latest rule on returning that I can find says Top 10 or going on the tour nixes you for a return trip. They've steadily made it easier for folks who make the live shows to come back, though. Check the link.

He may get something over time. He looked very natural and comfortable on stage.
