Am I the only one that loves Pacific Rim over the current Transformer movies?

Both movies have the same problem--overbearing lame humans spewing awful cheesy dialogue.

Only difference is that Pacific Rim didn't take itself serious. It was a fun and dumb-awesome movie.

Transformers could have been so much better, but after the initial success they just got more greedy and just started pandering.

If Pacific Rim spawned a while bunch of sequels, then maybe they would be sheet too.

Or maybe if Micheal Bay directed PR, it would have been shite.

Or maybe, the Del Toro Transformers would be awesome....
Who knows

If your brain maintains any capacity to function whatsoever, then no.

Yeah, that's the only difference. Don't mention how the Jaegers & Kaiju looked so much better, OR HOW YOU COULD ACTUALLY SEE EVERY SINGLE BLOW AS IT LANDED DURING EVERY FIGHT without any shaky cam bullshite, sure, that was the only difference...

I freaking loved PR. It was the live-action Gundam movie I had always dreamed of seeing since I watched Wing back in the day.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, plot holes, dialogue, and all.
