While Fitz did shoot Agnes, I think it's pretty obvious that Radcliffe telling Fitz that he traveled across the universe for Simmons (when Fitz had used that line earlier talking to Aida) will cause Fitz to flip, if it hasn't already.

I have a feeling Fitz has known where he's at all along, and is playing Aida's game so he can get everyone out.

From what I understand, the people we see in the Framework are there either by being plugged in or by being a part of a plugged in person's conscience or dream.
So since Ward was dead before the Framework world that we are seeing was created, does this mean he is simply a part of Daisy's dream/conscience? Hence this Ward is not real?

Considering the architect of this framework didn't know who he was, I would think he's there b/c of Daisy's conscience.
shows that Daisy's greatest pain is Ward betraying her, not Lincoln dying, or her parents.
Still don't know what Jemma or Coulsons greatest pain was.

Would make sense. Why would he care if a computer simulation was being virtually tortured? And why did daisy for that matter?

No one is "real" except for the Shield team, Radcliffe (though deceased in the real world) and Agnes (also deceased). AIDA "exists" as well, in both places.
Everyone else is built from the memories of the people plugged in (except Daisy and Jemma), with probably most of it built from May (longest time in the framework), as well as just general data learned from the world. Everything is different simply based on "corrections" given to the SHIELD team (removing their worst moment/problem). Kind of a "It's a Wonderful Life" situation, showing that without this SHIELD team, the world would have been screwed.
Maybe it's possible that "good Ward" is based on Daisy, which means the frameworks "story" changed on the fly, around everyone else.

Coulson's was termed as "joining SHIELD and not having a normal life."
Jemma entering in on her own, who knows yet if her "greatest pain" will or has shown up. If anything, it's giving her, her greatest pain now.

Longshot, but possible. My longshot hope is that Fitz did get something back after shooting Agnes/Simmons crying out. Maybe it's why he's just outright torturing Radcliffe for all the trouble he's caused, and he's in the process of finding a way to get Daisy out of Hydra's clutches. Or he's just about to torture her some more...

It was a great episode. I liked that Tripp had some old spy camera from his grandfather. Does he have pics of the real world where shield won?

Also, I know earlier I thought Fitz was faking to some degree. But they gave a good explanation for his new personality and it is really working with him as the villain. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets out to exact revenge on shield in the real world next season.

Forgotten all about Tripp, glad he came back in this world. Villain Fitz is great. Sucks that Mace is gone. Really enjoying this half of the season

This show has been pretty awesome as of late. Better get renewed for next year.
I am liking villain Fitz as well. And we got a reminder of how dumb this show has been to let guys like Tripp die, as well as let go of Bobbi and Hunter.
