They're all really good. I WILL tell you though Season 5 was the best.

I didn't watch Season 8 because the scientist in me couldn't allow for there to have even been a Season 8 after the events of Season 7, so I really don't care that it's coming back.

Seriously
The first 5 seasons were all very good. Season 6 was not good; the whole Bauer family plot line was incredibly dumb. So dumb in fact, that they took the show to DC with a whole new cast minus a few. Season 7 would have been really good if the writers would have restrained themselves from bringing Almeida back from the dead. Season 8 was more like the first 5 it was just very dark.

I actually liked the Bauer family plot in season 1. But Kim's storyline in seasons 2 and 3 were god awful

Yea, that's a great episode, but my personal favorite was the Ryan Chapelle episode in season 3.

Not hated, but I don't see how you can like 24 and not like Season 1. It isn't the best, but unless you saw it after other season, it was just mindblowingly awesome.
Season 3 is my personal favorite (along with 5), but I can see why others don't like it. (Obviously, for me, 1,3, and 5, are the best).

I mainly just don't like Kim. She is always just used as a pain the arse for jack, aside from when she worked at CTU for a stint. All my friends disagree with me, BUT i really just don't like her character.
And she was a huge part of s1. Along with Teri. She was atrocious on all levels. Her crying skills were so bad. She needs to learn from Juliet from Lost & Revolution. She can cry on command

I'm not progressing very quickly, but I'm almost done with season two. This has been a GREAT season. I'm really glad I started the series.
