"That Twister tornado got on my nerves. How come that tornado could tear a 40-penny nail off a two-by-twelve, but couldn't get a bra and tank top off of Helen Hunt? If there's one thing I can't stand, it's a gay tornado." ~ Tim Wilson

That red Dodge truck was a safe haven. I don't understand why they ever got out of it. If an 18 wheeler can get thrown around while that thing stayed grounded, I would have never left it.

They had to ditch it to anchor down Dorothy.

My wife and I saw that in the theater on a stormy night. Thunder and lightning outside and Twister on the big screen. It was awesome.

I read somewhere, probably Reddit, that Twister was the first movie ever released on DVD.

Pretty epic movie summer that year. I was 15 and working as a lifeguard so had a lot of spending money to go to movies every week. The rock, mission impossible, independence day, twister. Eraser was also fun.

One of my favorite movies of all time

I was always into the weather as a child, and when this came out it fueled that flame even more.

Brought my kids to Universal last year and went to the twister "ride". They didn't know anything about the movie. RIP Twister ride

Looks like they're going to intercept.

This thread made me realize I quote the movie all the time.
