He ascends this up to SCOTUS he won't win, the conservative justices on the court exceed the liberals 5-4 and they're very pro-business, anti-federal government, pro-contract people. Now his entire suit has essentially become moot.

Injunction was thrown out due to NFLPA filing appeal too early. So now he has to file a new injunction in New York.
