It's so weird as it's such a must have for this season...this season where the title, barring injury, is not in question.
I was just about to post that.
We already know what team will win the West, and we already know which teams will be in the ECF.
Yet this season is exciting. Weird.

Fox Sports, #12. Fox Sports is a Pels fan?
SI, #12. SI is a Pels Fan?

Pels?
Please. No one and I mean no one is calling cousins a top 12 player outside of a few pels fans. A few pels fans at that.
Pels fan checking in. I dont think Boogie is top 12 but he's pretty damn close.
In no particular order: Curry, LeBron, Harden, Westbrook, PG13, AD, Durant, CP3, Kawhi, Klay, Jimmy Butler, Giannis, Kyrie, Wall, KAT
That's 15 players right there. Boogie is at least the next best player in the NBA at 16. I could even argue him being ranked higher than a few of those guys due to the fact that of those players list above, only KAT and Cousins play center, but I'm trying to be objective.

Throw Minnesota in that mix with Towns and Butler.

Both of those articles are old. SI have put out a ranking sicne then that has him nowhere near 12. Holy shite that was weak. I can google articles they say Dwight Howard is a top 10 kinda guy and post them and they would be only a smidgeon less intellectually dishonest than what he posted.

I can't put cousins over rude gobert. Just can't.

Boom is a shell of his posting self since last year's NBA playoffs.
It's sad, the panda is sad.

you are the one posting article from 10 months ago and is referred to as a more introverted version of PJ. you should probably get yourself in order before you want to comment on someone else. And Especially someone with my hoops acumen. Js

You realized you just linked two articles from last year? Including one that has Kyrie at 25. There is no one (outside of Pels fans) that has Boogie in their top 12 going into this year.
Y’all are making me agree with Boom.
I kid

You not agreeing with me. You agreeing with everyone else who follows the game who laughs at the thought of boogie being a top 12 guy, I am just the messenger.

I don't care much about the Timberwolves but those unis are slick.

I see the article youre talking about where Boogie is ranked 23. Objectively though, you can't really think Lowry, Hayward, Conley, Blake Griffin, and Draymond are all more valuable. Lillard and Gobert I would consider as being the closest, but I still think Boogie is better than both.
How should we compare them? By age? Gobert is the youngest and Boogie is the same age as Hayward, Green, and Lillard.
Compare by offensive stats? Boogie wins almost every category against each player except Gobert has 2 more rebounds and 1 more block per game. Boogie almost doubled Gobert's PPG.
Compare by defense? Draymond and Gobert are ranked as the 2 best defenders in the NBA. Boogie is 15th
Again I stick with my ranking of 14-18 for Boogie.
I can entertain that conversation because youre comparing an elite offense from a big man to an elite defense by the other. This difference for me is that Boogie is a much better defender than Gobert is an offensive player

how many teams have 2 top 12 players?
Golden State, Houston, New Orleans, and maybe OKC and SA
Top 6 seems pretty safe in terms of casual entertainment.
- Golden State
- Houston
- Oklahoma City
Make it top 15 and you can add New Orleans and Minnesota.

Rude WS/48 .250
Cousins - .149
That is a massive gap. Massive. Rude along w embiid are the premier defensive bigs in the league.
