This. Gary has to carry Verne every Saturday. Hi think he is one of the best in the business, and it would be more than obvious if he wasn't dragged down each week.

He never calls games but maybe 1 or 2 a year but Tim Brando should never be behind a broadcast mic. I can't stand the way he calls a game.

I really want to like Jesse Palmer but he's too stuck on cliches like "3rd and California" and repeats them (and his main points) way too much.
Was disappointed in him beyond words last night. And the bombastic declarations that he made backfired on him several times and he never retracted, just keep contradicting himself and rolling with it.
