Jesse Palmer was much better last night.
I was waiting for his patented, that is a win for South Carolina if they get a stop but at least he's toned that down.
I also think Pollack has gotten better as well for the little I watched Ole Miss game.
I really wish Rece Davis would curb the sarcasm because it really takes away from the quality job he does. There's a time and place for that kind of style and it works on his halftime shows and college football final but not during a live telecast like that. If he ever wants to be taken seriously and get the marquee games he needs to change that.

I thought he showed zero improvement, especially when the game got rolling.
Example: When the TAM TE was out Jesse said "make no mistake, this is a HUGE loss for TAM". Then the kid who replaces the injured TE lights it up the rest of the game and Jesse doesn't guffaw at how he was proven wrong, etc. He just says "We KNEW this kid was going to be special, and boy is he proving us right". It's just too bombastic and mindless for me to sign off on. He talks in cliches and reminds me of a Sean Hannity or a Chris Matthews - it's all canned and over the top and mindless. Very little thought.
And Musburger is close to being bad at this point. Sad to see.
