Meh. They already have possibly the best offense ever. They are on pace to be the best team that's ever stepped on the court. Any drastic change has just enough chance to be a flop as it does being an improvement.

Now if they were in a situation where they were undoubtedly going to lose a guy like Draymond or Klay, then that's one thing. But if I'm the best team of all time, getting another superstar may not be worth gutting the middle/back end of the team.

Also, adding a guy like Durant takes the ball out of the hands of the current best player in the league. Durant is a beast, but I don't want to make a move that guarantees the highest scoring player in the league (and possibly the GOAT shooter) will get fewer touches on offense.

Idk if it's because I'm not as avid a fan or maybe it's just the sport, but I'm all for a couple super teams in the NBA.

Let this happen and then let Lebron form up his own super team with like Khawi and the Brow.

Obviously it would never happen, but I'd love to see those squads duke it out for interstellar supremacy Space Jams style.

Stern is on the phone with Silver now to make sure this doesn't happen.

I never said it would work... But you really think they would pass up the chance at him???? I am a fan of leaving them just like they are... They could go on a nice 5 year run with this current team.... I for one would let him go elsewhere...

Wait, why is it ok for Durant to join up with a super team but Lebron gets crucified for it?

It's not. That's why I was laughing at his comment.

Sounds about as accurate as your prediction that the Rockets would win 60 games this year

He has one injury riddled season. Other than that he played in every single game of his career. Starting all of them I believe

Only the most brain dead Pels fans thought they had even a prayer to land Durant, meanwhile highly respected guys like Simmons, Lowe, Boom, etc. etc. all had HOU pegged for 60 wins.
