Don't know if they can but I could see them taking two games and making them sweat. We still have Uncle Al as our coach.

yeah it just goes from a cake walk to making them sweat a little and essentially having a first round bye. The mere fact that its even a discussion is nice though

Pelicans have unquestionably the best front court in basketball now, right?

Top 2 center (probably best) and top 3 PF.

Can we add a vets to give us some playoff experience and consistent perimeter shooting?

NBA life is crazy. You've been living in a place for years and then literally the next day you could be on a plane living in another city at the drop of a hat.

If they show it can work the rest of this year I think there would be significant interest from wings in FA this summer

I'm hoping he replaces Vlade in Sacramento when he inevitably gets canned.

Kings aren't smart enough to hire him.

I honestly wanted Hinkie in NOLA if and when Dell got canned.

Think if you're a D-League guy.

Diallo for the Pels has been sent to the D-league and recalled about 20 times this year.

They won't have any real cap space unless they can shed some bad contracts.

Hinkie was so far ahead of the game it is absurd.

2017:
Lakers 1st (top 3 protected)
Sacramento's 1st or their 1st- whichever is better

2018:
76ers 1st
*Lakers 1st (if they don't get the 2017 pick)

2019:
76ers 1st
Kings 1st

They could easily have a top 5 pick the next 3 drafts even if they improve and make the playoffs.

Chances the Pelicans can beat the Warriors now? And I'm being dead serious.

0.01%. Warriors go into games knowing they aren't gonna out rebound anybody, the guard and SF matchups are wayyyyy overwhelming.
