3475 yards in a season and 20 tds isn't exactly what I would call lighting it up.
Doesn't mean he can't have a good game every so often, it just means he isn't lighting it up week to week.

I think he's better than Brees. He's throwing to supposedly less talented receivers and still completes the throw. Plus he can scramble

Give Brees a defense like Seattle has and the Saints win 12 games a year minimum. When you have a defense like that you always have a chance. They do not get blown out, ever.
