Price has still been garbage. Can't believe he is 5-0 with an above 6 ERA.

He hasn't been worth what the Red Sox paid for him. However he probably hasn't been as bad as his ERA indicates. His xFIP is 4th in MLB with 2.69. You've got to be concerned with his velocity though. He is 30 years old and if that starts to dip I think it hurts his deadly change up as well.

Outside of Tanaka and Evoldi I haven't watched many Yankee games the last 2 weeks.

That 3-1 strike call has to be one of the worse strike calls I have ever seen. That fricking ump was garbage all night. How can you call that a strike in that situation

By calling it a strike, the Yankees won they finally had decent pitching

nah.... In baseball they have SEVERAL calls that could go anyway and it usually evens out. So you can focus on one call and I could probably bring up other calls that did not get called earlier in the game that could have changed how things played out.

But they're usually close calls. That ball was nowhere near the strike zone.

So a blatant ball that was called in the other batters box if a close call? One that not all would have tied the game lol there were close calls during the game. But one that bad is pathetic

bullshite! Not in this game! That umpire was horrible all night and it seemed , to me , that he was horrible when the Sox were in the batters box. I'm 36 years old and that strike 2 call (and really the very next pitch strike 3 call) was the worst call I've ever seen from a home plate umpire. It was not even close!! The fix was on and that umpire collected 2 checks tonight. Just bullshite!

come on

it was a strike according to K-zone on the red sox broadcast...

it was just a cross-up, so McCann received the pitch terribly. ball was definitely close.

strike three was low, though

No starting pitching. I can't believe the Mariners are as good as they are.

offense is on an absolute tear. Red Sox dominating nearly all offensive categories.

also, never in my mind did I think JBJ would be this productive.

Red Sox offense is scary good right now. Have no weakness in the lineup. Can hit for power and average and have speed to boot.
