The best bet to beat them is to slow them down and force them into a half court offense, imo. Make them play at your speed, and rely on outside shooting. I think Wisconsin is a strong match up against them in that respect.

Ya'll overreact to everything here. They were losing to Buffalo at halftime the other night, and now after one (impressive) win, they are some lock to go undefeated?

Calipari is an above average coach, with all world recruiting ability.

So wrong. He is a great coach with all world recruiting.

His best job was not the years he won it all but years like last. I'll be interested how he acts on sidelines. It has seemed when he isn't insane Cal he seems to win more. I really want to see him go 1-2-1-1 with WCS on the point of the press. That will be so unfair to teams.

Wisconsin isn't Bennett type team anymore. They can score and extend. The team that will give them trouble is a pressing team. Teams that press generally hate to be pressed, as it disrupts their press.

Wisconsin does not worry me. I think we'd beat them. What does worry me is some random SEC road game that we're not really thinking of as a loss. Kind of like our 2010 team vs South Carolina.

I won't be trolling Kentucky as much this year so it won't matter. They gonna win it all anyway. However, when they lose, its gonna be on. Just wait.

We'll see.

Wisconsin has a wealth of experience, size, and ability to stretch the floor with every player on the roster (exception being Vitto Brown). On top of that, very rarely do Bo Ryan teams not dictate tempo.

Wisconsin is good, no doubt. Not trying to take anything away from them.

Well, we pretty much know for certain the Cats lose one game against the Hogs and likely another in the SECT and/or NCAAT

I think this team has 2 games that they lose, probably one OOC and one in conference, probably to Florida. It's so hard to go undefeated, especially with their OOC schedule.

This team is freakishly good, and Cal is the best at what he does. It's a match made in Wildcat heaven for sure.

Not as good as that 2012 team.

I don't see Kentucky going undefeated simply because it's tough in today's era. The media attention and the pressure will build up.

That said, they are clearly the best in the country right now and they're very scary.

I think a team that can move the ball well and move well without the ball on offense can get them, however. Even Cal acknowledged that. One team that I think can sneak up on them is Wichita State if they play again in the postseason. They absolutely dismantled Memphis yesterday with efficient offense and good defense. They're deeper this year than they were last year. Marshall is a very good head coach and unlike Self, I think he would adjust well to that team.

Regardless, I'd predict a 38-2 type season for UK.

Eric Bledsoe just said this years team would 'definitely' beat the 76ers

I'm not sure that this claim necessarily makes Kentucky more unbeatable. The 76ers might end the season as the worst team in NBA history.
