Even with this on the road, I think that's unreal. It's not like SC has been anything special in the coliseum home this year. Got worked by Stanford and lost to mediocre/middle of the pack Udub there. And the coaching chaos to boot as well.

I have no idea, but Vegas is smarter than we'll ever be so I'm staying FAR away from betting that game.

Go ahead and drop a few Gs on it, if you feel pretty good about it.

But really, whenever teams like a Utah come on unexpectedly, Vegas always figures at some point they'll turn into a pumpkin, so they're always getting the low end of the betting.

This is really what it's all about. Vegas isn't trying to guess who is going to win correctly. They're just trying to get the betting even.

USC has the advantage in the trenches. Utah QB Wilson is tall and goofy. If they shut down Booker he is not someone you want slinging the ball all over the field on the road. Coliseum should be electric for this game and provide a strong HFA.

I used to think that too, but it's far from true.

I think Vegas is off on this one. I think Utah beats them by double digits.

Utah - 34
USC - 23

Utah has a pretty solid homefield advantage, where most of their big wins have been played. USC is more talented.

You obviously haven't seen USC's offensive or defensive lines this season.

"We felt very comfortable opening the Utes as dogs this weekend. USC is a team that can overpower them in the trenches, and if you take away Devontae Booker and the run game, the pressure falls squarely on the shoulders of Travis Wilson. He's going to need to play a great game for Utah to stay unbeaten, and that might be too much to ask," said Scott Cooley, odds consultant at BookMaker.

Why listen to an oddsmaker though when you can go off the opinion of USC fans and tigerdroppings posters?

Id bet USC if I had to. They're not the favorite just because they were good in 2007. Somebody has a lot of money saying that USC will beat Utah. I have no idea why but I imagine they have a reason.

Cause the media are morons and can't get off USC's jock, they keep bragging on Stanford beating USC like it was a huge win. Don't get me wrong Stanford is badass, but USC sucks this year.

what? Was that a typo or have you not watched Utah and just talking out your arse? If anything Utah is a disadvantage on the outside vs JuJu and Jackson. Utah's strength is the OL and front 7
