Rushing the field is entirely appropriate when a mediocre to fair team knocks off a highly ranked team. If that's what you think happened tonight then it was appropriate

The only reason they complain is they were tired of sitting in their hands quietly for 3 hours. You have to understand....they went to the game to watch it like they were on their couch at home, hoping no one would inconvenience them in any way. Of course, we can't forget the dumbass dad who just rushed out the stadium so he wouldn't have to sit in traffic, thereby depriving Junior of a memorable moment in his young life

I think the student section storming the field is perfectly fine. I was 19 once. I stormed the field twice at LSU and I'll never forget it.
