Why is Joey Porter allowed on the field to start trouble/

He doesn't coach receivers. If he's out there, every coach on that Steelers staff should have been out there. One Bengal defender tried to pat Brown on the shoulder and the old, white Steeler coach pushed his hand away. Then you have Joey Porter getting into it with Bengal players.
Only incompetent refs get baited into a flag there.
(But Pacman was stupid)

Because Joey Porter made a career at inciting the other team. Still got it

Because NFL officials are the worst officials in the major sports.

Burfict was actually apologizing to Brown, but Porter slapped his hand away.

Seriously, the NFL has always protected the Steelers.

Yep, I said that just a minute ago, Pacman didn't do enough to get a penalty IMO given that it was a coach on the field who shouldn't have been.
But...that doesn't excuse Pacman from the biggest choke I've seen for even putting himself in that spot.

Porter is a pro at this. Always has been.
You can even see it with your own eyes in the replay.

The NFL should really put in a rule involving coaches on the field, especially if they're going to instigate and escalate situations and not try to calm things down.

None of it matters...Jones should have stayed put.

Porter is laughing his arse off right now

I agree with you, gtfo off the field

He just tried to decapitate their best player.. Say your apologies later for christs sake.. Pac man ran towards porter through an official.. He's a fricking idiot and porter is most certainly allowed on the field at that point, doesn't matter why it was him.

How can refs not see that beforehand? And then they make the call to turn a 50 yard field goal into an extra point. Porter shouldn't even be allowed on the field. He's not his coach. I'm certain Porter coaches defense for the Steelers.

Burfict and Pacman are f@cking thugs.

A coach on the field instigating stuff, that's absurd.
