Because this is a Deep South centered board. Most of us are Saints and Falcons fans. The Panthers are a division rival.

Harper was drafted, rose through the minors quickly, and has been a phenom.
Newton is a POS thief, accepted money in a pay for play scandal, used religion to cover it, dresses like a fig, and throws it all back in the faces of fans.
It's really amazing that anyone would like Newton. I can appreciate his athletic ability like I can Floyd Mayweather but everything off the field points to a complete piece of shite.

Lol he mad. Great players will most of the time be douches. Look at Manning, MJ,Sapp, Tiger,or Pete Rose. Douche bags galore. They've been told how good they were since they were kids. Cam was upset that's expected when you lose a SB. He's the furthest from a douche as one could get. He's a lot like Drew Brees as a person both on and off the field.
