The difference is here is that lsu fans are cheering the player. They aren't giants fans because of Odell. They were Giants fans TODAY because most people in this region hate the panthers.

He just stated something about being in an area without a natural NFL team to pull for. Of course I'm talking about distance.

Nixing hairs. Cam Newton is the QB and him doing well usually means the panthers are winning.
Independently wishing for the panthers to win outside of Newton is a product of the asshurt displayed here by Saints fans.

Lsu fans are fans of individual players in the nfl. I have yet to see one lsu fan completely turn their loyalties to a franchise no where near because of an lsu alum player.
Many auburn fans have full on jumped on the panthers bandwagon and it's really weird.
LSU fans have an NFL team to root for if they want
Cam won a championship in a state with no NFL team. Who else should they root for? If you're ever gonna follow an individual after he leaves your school, it would be in this situation.
