If you ever go to India, you will see why that is the case here. You are in the very top percentile in that country if you can afford an airplane ticket out of the country. We're getting their most intelligent and affluent.

I was only speaking from American perspective. The OP asked for the best black golfer besides Tiger Woods. I wouldn't consider Vijay Singh "black".
By all means, call an Indian fella black and see how it goes over.

I dk why you would assume I was referring to exclusively African Americans when I said Vijay and also said there was probably some European guys I didn't know

I was invited to do a PGA conference call type thing once. Years ago. I asked why tiger had never played Memphis or New Orleans since they were the two highest African American populations with a PGA tour stop.
I was promptly disconnected and never invited back.
