Liston. Until he met Ali.
ok...him too.... These youngsters missed out on some great boxing with the three Frazier/ Ali fights.

Pete Maravich
OJ Simpson
I would have liked to see Maravich back when scoring so crazy like that wasn't the norm.
And I never saw OJ...saw Marcus and Payton and Barry...and Herschel...
But OJ was probably the best athlete of his time...I mean, he could have played 20 years past his era if he was young...meaning his skills weren't eclipsed by modern times.
Final game against the #1 team in the nation

I was born in 1993, so I didn't really get to watch Michael Jordan. Charles Barkley and Hakeem also come to mind.

I wouldn't mind seeing Billy Cannon and Rocky Marciano.
Also Bart Starr... Just to see Lombardi.
Youngsters also missed out on Hagler/Leonard/Hearns/(and Duran) ... And possibly Gatti/Ward wars as well.

the 60's Packers and Cards, started rooting for both right as they stopped winning championships for a longgggggggggggggggggg time
but I wouldn't want to be older now, would rather they were slid back 5 years, would have seen about 6 championships for the teams I root for.
