It's too early in his career but JJ Watt absolutely has the potential to be the face of the league in a couple years

I'm a Texans fan, but Watt will never be the face of the NFL because he's a defensive player.
Face of the Texans, sure. But the face of the NFL will always be a quarterback.

Federer and James are the ones I would consider on the list.

I'm just speaking in terms of all the qualities that were listed. I should have said a face of the league. I don't see just one player as the face of the league when Peyton retires

See my post above where I clarified
I was talking about his charity work, positive/ likable image, ect..
In a couple years there won't be one face of the league like with Peyton IMO

Peyton far and away across all of them.

As a casual fan with no team, I've thought of Pujols before I've thought of Jeter for the last several years.. Before Pujols it was, unfortunately A-Rod. The face of baseball is more than the face of the Yankees these days. Right now I don't think there is one face.

Trout
Only people who don't watch nor follow baseball think Jeter when thinking of baseball.
He hasn't been relevant in five years.

A guy who has played 3 seasons is the face of MLB? Nah, Jeter is still king. DWI.
