Obvs Kershaw is #1. Lots of contenders for the second position : Sale, Scherzer, Bum, Verlander.

It's honestly a tossup between Sale and Scherzer. I personally would go with Sale. He has better peripherals (higher GB%, lower FIP, xFIP, HR rate) than Scherzer over the last three years despite pitching in the tougher league for pitchers. But I won't argue with anybody who says Scherzer is better. They're both tremendous pitchers.
