Murray and Metts, getting injured late in the year, when they could have gone last year.

This will have little to no effect on their draft status (see Bradford, Sam). Murray is on the small side, Mettenberger clearly improved his status this year.

There is really no way to tell for sure, but I seriously doubt it. NFL teams don't just look at last season and draft. They are a tad more thorough.

Barkley's senior season was worse stats wise but he also separated his throwing shoulder. Staying in school most definitely cost him millions.

People always name players in these threads who wouldnt have been drafted high regardless of when they came out.

i kind of agree with this. The draft process always weeds out the guys for the most part.

of course for QBs, some drop because of need that otherwise wouldnt have the year before, but generally most top QBs will go early

He caught 175 passes in 2 years, and had 30 TD catches. THats pretty dominant. Unless you're correcting his spelling and being a tool

Take out the name Barkley and replace it with Bradford and tell me again how this hurt his draft status.

Do you have a link to an alternate universe where he did leave early and was drafted higher? If not this is just idle speculation. Barkley didn't come out and wasn't vetted.

should sit out his first 4 years so he can be 100% healthy when he gets to the 2nd contract.

not really choices on his part. He was the #3 pick, so nothing in college he did cost him big bucks.

This commercial Rogers did with Ray Lewis always made me laugh.

Yes he was a # 3 pick... But the big bucks he lost went up his nose, and the bigger bucks went with it........

yes, sadly the list of players that snorted away talent is depressingly long.

guilty. For whatever reason dominate/dominant gets me.
