What will it take for Jacksonville to be a Good Team?

Will it take a new owner? A new QB? A new HC?
It is pretty obvious they need to totally rebuild this team on both sides of the ball. Typically, that is a long process so where do they start?

A new GM and coach. They'll have to improve the OL first, then a get a good QB and build from there via FA and the draft.

They need to move cities and bring in some names. Whether it be Manziel or free agent guys and get people believing in the franchise. They need a complete restart as a franchise

Honestly, pretty much my thoughts exactly. The owner and the fan base will have to be realistic and understand this may take 5 years to become consistently competitive.

This.
Having a good idea of where the franchise will be in a few years, either remaining in Jax or going to LA, would also help. It's hard to ask guys to commit to playing in Jacksonville if the entire team will be pulling up stumps in a few years.

the same thing every other good NFL team has in common: good OL, good DL.

The number 1 draft pick in an Andrew Luck RGIII type year.

While this is a good start, without significant other pieces in place, it's like putting a Band-Aid over an amputated limb.

Tebow is the only answer

Everyone saying new GM/coach needs to realize they have a 1st yr GM/coach right now. It will take more than 2 games to make an impact. The coach was the Seattle D-coordinator so the guy wasn't some chump. Not every good coordinator makes a good HC but that is what hindsight is for.

You do know that they're 2 games in to the first season with a new GM and coach, right? First thing Caldwell did was draft an OT at the second pick. He didn't think there was a viable franchise QB in this draft, so he is waiting for next year.
