If the get a qb this year, they have some talented pieces on offense. Their D used to not be awful till everyone got old or left in FA. A core of Bridgewater, MJD, Joeckel, Blackmon, and Cecil Shorts isn't too bad. Theyll just have to draft well and be patient.

Bridewater isn't a given regarding draft picks. I think he may be pretty good, but there is a chance he would not live up to the expectations. Being patient and drafting well - those are the keys at this point.
The only reason I mentioned a coach and GM - may need a clean slate, if the team moves to LA.

Between Bridgewater Mariota Hundley and a couple others I think they can find their franchise qb like the Bills did in Manuel. If you want to judge a coach and gm after two games, go for it. But they didnt have much help when they got there. I can see how moving to LA would semi-refresh the franchise though.
