Southern Cali. Every level is a big deal there. It's where the developmental little league "system" started. SoCal colleges have by far the most NC's, as a group. + ASU (all SoCal kids). Most major league teams.

New york City is baseball country. Used to have 3 major league teams and the Brooklyn Dodgers still revered 50 plus years later.
