What is the college athletic department you hate the most?

I believe it's time that the MSB comes together and we declare what college athletic departments we all hate more than any other. It can be one, or multiple if you have a lot of hate in your heart

it's really hard for me to hate an entire athletic department. I think Baylor and Penn St are really the only ones that would justify hating the entire department and it has nothing to do with sports. Individual programs are a different story

Baylor is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to condoning/safeguarding/supporting violent criminal activity, and it has been this way for decades.
