What fresh ideas could the UFC take from professional wrestling?

not sure about UFC but just taking this fight the other night, if McGregor wins then suddenly he's the biggest name and you can get a few superfights out of him going forward. As it stands i don't know where the next huge arse boxing fight is going to happen. Might be awhile.

Better entrances. I was waiting for that mask to be pulled off Mayweather only to see it was someone else completely. Then Floyd would hit McGregor in the back with a chair.

I feel like the ufc is doing pretty well.
some of the things I think they have done wrong:
let alot of young talent leave for bellator.
need to open up a few more divisions so that if you get a guy like rory that cant beat the top guys he can move to another division.
base salary for the fighters then paid per fight. I feel like it is really hard on young fighters that get into the ufc to make it. especially if you get an injury or something. I feel like if you have at least 1 or 2 fights year and dont pull out of a fight then you should get a salary.
continue with the superfights but only let the spectacle type fights happen every once in a while. you dont want to be like bellator and have nothing but gimmick fights.
I dont mind the look of the reebok brand but the fighters miss out on sponsorship money so maybe a base salary would help make up for that.

I remember when I said at the very beginning McGregor would only have a punchers chance in the very first few rounds before Floyd would light him up. Then, I said it was more enjoyable for me to talk shite and enjoy the spectacle and that's what I did. Look it up. It's all in my post history.

Cut promos, better entrances, spikes at top of octagon, have octagon close in 3 feet each round. Would be infinitely more fun.

Honestly, building personalities and showmanship would be a great thing to take away from it.
The fight showed how many people can get emotionally invested in two larger-than-life personalities. Good guy vs bad guy has been selling tickets since the beginning of time.
