Birdman and LBJ downed some humble pie after that play. LBJ got burnt and Birdman posterized.

Paul George got ragged hard here for not being able to play defense, looks like the King can't play D to me.

maybe he was waiting on the foul,

Holy shite thank you. He isn't THAT good. He's solid as all hell but pump the breaks people. I can see that he's probably a good defender. He's big and athletic and most importantly plays with passion on the defensive end. But do we really need to show Lebron's stat line for this series? It ain't pretty for George. He's got real potential on offense but it's just not there yet. He's having a really good series and hopefully he keeps building on it but lets chill out with the hype.

I don't have an answer, I just wanted to join the "I loved seeing Chris Anderson get destroyed on that play" bandwagon.

george's numbers > pippens numbers at the same age.

the hype exists for a reason; his upside is tremendous

Pippin was a 22 year old rookie playing 21 minutes a game

George is a 3rd year 22y/o playing 38 mpg and is attempting the most shots on his team.

Much better shooter than George.

george has a TS% of 53.1 this year, which TMac topped twice in his entire career (02 and 03)

george had a 55.5 TS% last year and a 54.2 the year prior, fwiw

paul george is supposedly a good bit taller than that now, actually

Yeah but does that make up for the lack of will to win in his blood?

I get that your post was directed at the PG vs T-Mac crowd. I looked up TS%(bc I embarrassingly didn't know what it was) and George is pretty bad. His 53.1 puts him tied for 165th in the league. Am I missing something? That's pretty shitty.

the post i was replying to

TMac's TS%, which was basically worse, means he was not a better overall shooter, let alone far and away a better one
