1.St Louis - Got both the stud WVU receivers, a LB and a center

2.Carolina - Got the best player in the draft period

3.Minnesota - Patterson has Rookie of the year written all over him. Rhodes is corner with a very high ceiling. Mike Mauti is one of the biggest steals of the 3rd day. I think Floyd is a bust though.

4.Broncos - WE GOT BALL should of taken Ertz in the first round but still WE GOT BALL

5.Bengals - Gio is the 2nd best back in the class. Hunt has a super high ceiling. Eifert is one of the safest picks in the draft.

As a Titans fan, I'm excited about how our draft went. J. Hunter , imo, was THE steal of the draft. No way he should have went after Patterson. I give the Titans an A-. We needed a dline guy early but no way thy could pass up on Hunter in that position in e second round

Overall I'd give us a B+. Would've liked to have gone DE in the second round but I love Alford the more I see and read of him.

yeah, I thought ATL did pretty well. Getting two corners who should contribute right away is big in today's game.

I guess the one that is most interesting to me is the TE from Stanford, Toilolo.

As far as our top pick is concerned, I really don't have a strong opinion way or the other on Vaccaro. We needed help everywhere on defense, so I don't really see the big deal that some have made over on ST. I do think its funny that people didn't expect the Saints to go off of the radar with our top pick. Everyone wanted Jarvis Jones, so as draft day neared, I just kept having stronger doubts we'd actually get him. I mean they rarely take who we as fans want them too.

I do hope the best for the guy. I'm pretty disgusted at some of the hate he's already receiving on ST. If you don't like the pick, fine, but don't hate the player.

I thought ATL addressed their needs, but I think they grabbed the wrong player. Xavier Rhodes was the guy to get.

does he fit best with the kind of scheme they run?

I mean, I think Rhodes is an interesting prospect but ATL was determined to get Trufant obviously.

I see the Panthers draft like this:

1. DT Star Lotulelei - A+
2. DT Kawann Short - A-
4. OG Edmund Kugbila -C-
5. LB A.J. Klein - B
6. RB Kenjon Barner - B+

So overall I would say that I give the Panthers draft a solid B. LOVE doubling up on well-regarded DTs to hopefully turn the teams greatest weakness into a strength. The OG pick? Could be an A or an F (which is why I assigned it a C). Small-school mauler that you hope works out for you. Klein adds depth at LB where there have been injury concerns for a couple of years. And the Panthers utilize the read-option in their playbook, so Barner is a great fit for that.

Additionally, the Klein and Barner picks set up the near-future release of two of the most burdensome contracts that the Panthers operate under... Jon Beason and Deangelo Williams. If neither of those players eagerly renegotiate to a smaller, more team-friendly salary in the next offseason, they're goners and the youngsters will step into their roster spots.

Agree with all this. I wanted Jones if he was available, but I was satisfied with Kenny. Anything to shore up that defense.
