Notre Dame: Arguably the most premier Catholic University in the country

LSU: Arguably the highest Catholic student population in the country

Get it?

Horns Ags is the correct response.

As a longhorn, I would like to see us play a marquee thanksgiving game. Impossible scenario that I wish was real? UT vs LSU annual thanksgiving game for personal reasons. Almost my entire extended family has gone to LSU or Texas, and those that haven't are t-shirt LSU fans. I'm from Lake Charles and grew up rooting for both schools until I went to UT. Would have been great.

eta - I suppose Texas vs. TCU/Baylor on thanksgiving would be alright. Right now we play TCU/Texas tech

eta2 - Texas v. ND on conf championship weekend. Big XII has a regular season game that last weekend so it doesn't sit idle. ND isn't in a conference, would benefit them not to be idle as well. Would be a great way to end the season with that rivalry.

I'm guessing I'll be the only one to say LSU/Tulane at the end of the season liken in the old days, even if LSU wins every year. That game means more to me now than any of these neutral site fad games.

I went to a Backyard Brawl once. It ended in a tie. Brutal game; WVU blew a big lead in the 4th. That place was electric all night with the constant realistic threat of mob violence in the air.

I'd like to get back LSU vs FSU. They played a series not too long ago. Would be fun to rekindle and let both sides try to pull the other team into their conference..

Also Baylor vs any OOC FBS opponent w a pulse. Maybe a Pac school like Cal or Zona.

We are playing Duke in 2017 and 2018, Utah in 2023 and 2024, and our AD has stated we are looking at replacing teams for 2016 and 2017.

There are talks of opening next season in Australia against California but there is a lot of details that need to be worked out for that to happen.

A&M also has a really large catholic population. I'm pretty sure it's the largest for any one college campus

As an LSU fan I would like to see these series:
1. LSU vs USC (home and home)
2. LSU vs Oregon (home and home)
3. LSU vs Miami
4. LSU vs Tulane. I know I will probably get shite on by LSU fans, but I would love to see LSU and Tulane play every year and rotate between Tiger Stadium and the Superdome.
5. LSU vs ULL/ULM/Tech. Rotate those opponents so we play one in-statte G5 school every year. If we are going to pay for a win I atleast want it to be against an in-state team.
6. LSU vs Colorado (home and home)

Non-LSU series:
1. Oklahoma vs Nebraska
2. Texas vs Texas A&M
3. Missouri vs Kansas
4. Basically all the classic matchups that we lost due to realignment.

I just wish Wisconsin/LSU was a home-and-home.

Talk about two rowdy atmospheres.
