They're fricking geniuses. They're sitting around doing nothing, while all the West teams are trading for big name players trying to top the Warriors, then fall inevitably short to them anyway. This makes the Cavs road to the Finals MUCH MUCH easier, and they don't even have to do a damn thing.

They gave it their best shot, but nobody wants Kevin Love's contract. Not much the Cavs can do bc they're so far over the salary cap. They're probably still trying to shop Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving, though.

What exactly can they do? Literally nobody in the league wants Love. Pipe has like 12 mill on his contract. Frye and RJ probably will retire. Best they can do is sign guys with the MLE

Why do they care about a cake walk to the finals? They already have that. They should be doing what those West teams are doing

The warriors are about to get worse losing Iguodala.

The Cavs aren't that far away. No reason to blow it up if you most likely will get worse.

If the Cavs know Lebron is leaving after this year or at least feel he is, they should just ride it out.

But I think they will look to go all in again. It would t surprise me if they end up shipping Love to Boston.

Are they losing Iggy?

Talking to teams does not equal leaving...

Of the top 15 players in the league only one plays in the east as of today. I would say the Cavs road to the finals is pretty damn easy.

Maybe. They are still in a good position to resign him. And there are other options out there for replacements as well.

They're pretty far away from the warriors.

Cavs will sit back.. grab melo for min contract... add some role players. And make another run at the finals without blowing up their team

They're being really good and hoping GS has injuries.

Just like every other good team in the league.

you go all in bc what you get back will not replace Bron in any way. You're done as a contender without him
