Well, they finally ruined CFB.

Between all of this conference re-alignment, mid-majors getting auto-bids to BCS games, and these pesky probations, this has to be the worst college football season ever.
Who the frick wants to watch UF v UL or FSU v NIU? There are only gonna be 4 or 5 bowl games worth watching this year, and only two of them are BCS bowls.
Go ahead and get it over with - form four 16 team mega-conferences and leave everyone else out, tell the NCAA and their "selection committee' to frick off, and profit.
Who the frick wants to watch UF v UL or FSU v NIU? There are only gonna be 4 or 5 bowl games worth watching this year, and only two of them are BCS bowls.

This has to be the worst bowl season in my lifetime.
What's hilarious is that it could have been even worse. We could have had NIU vs GA Tech in the orange and UCLA-Wisconsin in the Rose.

NIU hasn't faced even 1/10th of the speed they'll see against FSU.

This is my lock of the bowl season. Not an actual line, or NIU winning, but Florida St showing up disinterested.
ETA: And I watched LSU all year, I know what disinterested looks like.

FSU is in the ACC so I wouldn't be completely shocked if they get beat.

Almost every bowl season.
Just wait for the "new bowl" so a deserving team will never, ever miss out on another bowl "opportunity". Thanks to Tech's dumbass AD.

Agreed. IMO the sport hasn't been the same since the 05-06 season when Leinart, Bush, Young were the sports big stars. The sport has fallen off each year since.
Adding the extra BCS game watered down everything. That's why you have so many trash teams playing in BCS bowls now...because there are more at-large spots.

I will watch fsu vs niu simply to see how long niu lasts. Now the rose bowl otoh, I won't watch 1 minute of that.
