I can understand missing that in real time.

Targeting was called on #35 from Michigan. On the replay you can see that he hit the guy because he was being blocked and was shoved to the ground by the Michigan State offensive lineman. The targeting was upheld despite the very obvious video.

quarterback ran up the middle 5 yards then decided he didn't want to play football no more and slid. Michigan State's linemen through the middle linebacker for Michigan into the quarterback and they called it targeting
