Weird school/conference fits

Watching the Maryland/Ohio state game right and I can't help but think how weird it is that Maryland is in the B1G. They just seem like such an ACC school

They were an ACC founding member.
Only other school to leave the conference besides us.
Seeing Maryland play Iowa in football is pretty odd. And geographically it cut the ACC into two.

The entire wac (basketball) is crazy. I don't think one team in there was a wac member 5 years ago. shite I think half those teams were d2 5 years ago
