I usually hit a nice draw on my stock iron shot but my bad miss is a fade slice right now. So it's nice to hear him vocalize what I should be doing. Trying to commit to some swing changes right now so been watching and reading a lot of stuff.

Nothing prettier than a draw when you normally only hit fades.

I'd rather see a daisy cutter eviscerating a fairway 330 yds than some nerd draw.

What would Jack do(aka GOAT, aka Mr. 18)?

I just daisy cut some legs and shoulders. #WoF rolls on. I feeling alive again. starting to get some mojo back in the iron game. got 255 up 5 times in my last set of squats …no belt and no spotter wasn't going to push it further. I think I could have ripped 275 easily.

you can do it DD. start with some small goals and stick with it. you have accountability buddies on this board. change your diet a bit and start walking 2-3 miles every morning.

That's what he said, the diet will be the tough part since I don't like salads and all the healthy stuff. I'll be eating grilled chicken and baked fish alot more and less fried seafood.

that is the key. my dad did that…cut out fried foods/fast foods/soft drinks and started walking 2-3 miles in the morning. lost 40 pounds in a few months.

The number 1 weight loss recommendation right now according to the new england normal of medicine is Weight Watchers.

It's really easy. No meetings. Track everything on your phone. If you have points for it, you can eat it. It basically makes you write down everything you eat, which can be life changing itself.

This diet needs to be more for reducing fats and sugar than "weight loss" per se. Sugar level reached pre-diabetic numbers. He gave me a plan to follow, just need to figure out how to make that shite taste like food.

Didn't mean it negative towards you, meant doing the crossfit exercises would kill you.

And only hit one house. Don't think it broke any windows but not sure since it went a street over

On the par 5 on the back (not 18)?

I tried some of those crossfit things when my son was doing that for soccer, I'll just stick to using his weight machine at the house and elastic band exercises.

No, ended up playing links@pelican point. Traffic was ridiculous this morning and couldn't get to Santa maria in time. House I hit was on #10
