They just rebuilt their greens. I heard they were nice but I haven't been out there yet. I always liked that course except when they had lost the greens. Report back after the round because I'm curious

I'm on call this week. With the weather on Saturday I'm hoping my phone is quiet enough to play in the dog fight

As stated, the greens got an upgrade. From what I have heard, it is in good shape. 15 is still shite though. they need to build that green up about 10 feet and chop some trees so sun gets back in there.

If you have never played the Farm, it is a fun layout. The 5's are accessible if you do not drive into trouble, with the exception of 18. Do not go for that bastard unless you are bombing it, and the wind is right. (it usually isn't) Bring you range finder, because the markers on the course are WRONG!!!!!!

It is at Muni this weekend. It is for AGS which is our Saturday dogfight group. Why we are having an actual Championship is beyond me, but what ever. 2 days of golf in a row

Thanks, as stated before, I am rusty as hell. I had my points WAY up from the summer, but havent played enough to bring them back down into reality in time for this, but oh well. Ill just drink a few and enjoy the weather. Maybe I can screw up and hit an ace!

My ball striking has improved tenfold in a week since reading the first chapter of hogans five lessons

I keep looking at the book on my nightstand but I'm terrified to read another lesson until this one is fully ingrained. The chapter was all about the grip and it's helped tremendously

It fixed things I didn't even know the grip had a huge effect on

If I had played in the wednesday game they'd have shot me on 18. I hit 3w 5iron. This is where I ended up...

They wouldn't be too mad though they have all seen me play.

love that book. I need to re-read it.

My wife is talking shite about learning to play so I told her she had to read the book first. That helped buy me some more time hahaha

My dad always told me you'll never play good golf with a bad grip and you'll never play bad golf with a good grip. That's the first thing he taught me.

My dads first lesson is to never bet more than you can afford to lose and don't bet with people you've never played with.
He takes my money putting all the damn time.
