Thats a sweet deal. I haven't played there since they reopened but I'm looking forward to it.

How was ellendale. Greens will take a couple years before they soften. It's usually a club less just because they are so firm. Playing there next weekend.

That is exactly what I did all round, triple bogied 9 & 18

Shot a 96 today dodging lightening . I'm going to quit for 3 months when they close down our course end of the month. I need a mental and physical break.

I have hit some good drives on 9 and I always seem to funnel down to that ditch.

I have only played Ellendale once in a scratch tour event years ago. I don't think I hit driver once, and shot 76 and was maybe one or two back of the lead. (It was playing tough) I was living in BR at the time, and had a 8 o'clock tee time for Sundays round and overslept, hauled arse down there, got a ticket along the way, and still missed my tee time. DQ'd. csb

My new swing

This is much easier to control. I need to shorten the backswing just a smidge more.

Good to see the thread is back, for now at least. Only managed one round this holiday weekend. Copper mill tamed me once again with an 83. Always so close to shooting really good only to fall apart on a couple of holes on the back 9.

They were hard, fast and bumpy.Greens would not hold, putts would not stay on line. I heard someone say they plan on sanding them today. I never understood why they wouldn't have the qualifier at Beaver Creek or SM.

Morning ole man. Back to Starkville.

I hate leaving the cabin up here. No worries when you're here. Play golf in the morning. Drink and hang in the river the rest of the day.

Gonna really work on driver and ball striking to get ready for Farm Links this week. I'm so excited.
