OT thread on man caves got me thinking about putting some kind of golf simulator in the extra bedroom I have.

Anyone have any experience with that? Can something be done for under $1k?

Or maybe I should just turf it and make it a putting green?

Surely there is a way to put in a simulator that doubles as a putting green?

I'm not playing much this summer. Focusing on getting strong as an ape and tanned.

I don't think you would want the wear spots on your putting green.

Yea, I'm leaning that way too.

Anyone have experience with any of the putting green brands?

Looks like Big Moss and Birdie Ball are two well known ones.

They've been stingy about that this year. I don't think I've been able to take my cart on 14 at any point since March.

ole man,

I'll let you know. My plan is to head that way after work today. Tough to beat $15 round w/ cart of 3 PM. Only thing stopping me would be weather.

Yeah but you would have to get one of those square pads to hit from anyway to put the tee in from the bottom...

With 16, it's really just that area to the right just passed the bunker. Unfortunately, that's exactly where you want to it it.
