What is wrong with having people come out and sing and play instruments instead of just having them dance around like idiots to shite that's piped in over the sound system?

Rock music and basketball don't mix, which is why they even interrupted Fall Out Boy with some shitty hip hop artist from out of nowhere. Pop artists seem to always have the worst live shows, though. It's a bunch of piped in music and light shows without any actual talent display.
